Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on unopened packages within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be sealed in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it. Returns that have been opened or partially used are not eligible.
How to start a return

Email info@farmtofuelfoods.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and remain responsible for the package until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved returns are refunded to your original payment method for the product purchase price (excluding original shipping).

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to post. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, contact info@farmtofuelfoods.com.
Damages or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@farmtofuelfoods.com with photos so we can make it right.

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you need something different, return your unopened item (per above) and place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period (EU customers only)
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging. Standard return steps and shipping-cost responsibilities apply.

We’ll work with you to process a refund for your order — no hassle, no fine print.
The Money-Back Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and one unit per household. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
